Please email us immediately ! As soon as your order has been confirmed as processed it cannot be modified. If your order has not been processed, then the order can be cancelled and then a new one made.

My order arrived damaged. Can i return it ?
Please contact us within 48hrs of the item being delivered to you at email@example.com where you will need to provide photo of the damaged item and your order number.
We will then provide detail of where you will need to send your returns to.

How do I return product?
Unfortunately due to the nature of our products and for health and safety purposes all sales are final and no returns can be accepted. Please revert to our Returns Policy where we only allow returns on damaged products upon delivery.
How do I check on my order status?
To check the status of your order, please visit My Account if you have a registered account with us. Please note that if you were not logged in while placing your order, unfortunately your order status will not be available—however all order updates will still be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase.
When is my order going to ship?
Domestic orders take around 1-3 business days to process and upon shipping domestically in the UK will be delivered in 1-3 days.
If your order is outside the UK most orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days.
Please allow extra time for us to process your order during peak seasons (holidays, new releases, store promotions).
